Reduce Workout Time

20 minutes of a Fit Express® EMS workout is equivalent to 90 minutes of a high intensity workout. This training includes all body parts due to the device stimulating every muscle group at once. As a static training type; isometric contractions are proportionately higher. This results in a short but very intense training with only 2-3 sessions per week, which can burn calories up to 24 hours after each of these sessions. It is recommended to wait a minimum of 48 hours between each EMS training.

The Fit Express® EMS technology is customized for each client. This is achieved by the individual training program that provides a physical load on the entire musculature while the actual muscle resistance is not apparent from outside.

Typically, when you workout at the gym (or do other exercises) you will only use between 40-70% of your strength potential.
